Morelli was born in Philadelphia with an old Rawlings mitt and a shabby baseball cap attached to his tiny frame.  He later found his calling as a sports writer, dedicated to celebrating the glorious intricacies of our nation’s pastime.  Morelli is the author of the newly released work, In the Pen: A Baseball Collection.  To date, he has over 25 years of experience playing, coaching, researching, and writing about the game of baseball.
